PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIMS
We want you to be 100% happy with your jewelry. Therefore we inspect every product before sending it to you and guarantee they are in perfect condition at delivery time. If you have received a damaged product or an incorrect order you must send an email to email@example.com and explain the nature of the claim as detailed as possible. Please attach a photo of the defect product. Also include name and order number. For products damaged upon delivery, you need to contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do only return the product if we ask you to do so.
